reopening on June 19th

To our beloved guests and community,

We are pleased to announce we've been given the authorization to reopen on Friday, June 19th.

In order for us to welcome everyone back safely and in accordance with the guidelines provided by all the governing agencies, we have implemented the following processes and procedures: 

APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED

  • Appointments are required for all services and can be requested on our Appointment Page

  • We will personally call each customer who submits an appointment request in order to confirm the service(s), select a date and time, and securely take a credit card number.

  • Customers have a 10-minute grace period before being considered a no-show and being charged a $20.00 no-show fee.

  • For customers seeking multiple services, they will be scheduled consecutively, not concurrently. (For instance, a mani at 1 p.m. and a pedi at 2 p.m., not at the same time). 

  • You must be symptom-free and in good health before coming to your appointment. If for any reason you do not feel well, please contact us immediately to reschedule.

DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • The waiting area has been removed and we're asking customers to wait in their cars. Someone from Pink & White will call you when we're ready for you to enter the spa.

  • Everyone, employees included, will have their temperature taken at the door via a contactless thermometer.

  • Customers must sign our waiver acknowledging a lack of symptoms and releasing liability before any service(s) may begin.

  • Masks or facial coverings are required and must be worn throughout your service(s). If you forget your mask, we can provide you with one for $1.00.

  • Customers must wash their hands in the spa prior to each service.

  • We are temporarily suspending all complimentary beverages, including the coffee machine.

  • We're temporarily adding a $2.00 cleaning fee per customer due to the increasing amount of cleaning and sanitizing required, plus the rising cost of supplies.

  • All customers will be spaced out appropriately to comply with social distancing. This means we cannot accommodate guests of any kind, regardless of how small and adorable they might be.

 

GENERAL OPERATIONAL UPDATES

  • We increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting tables, chairs, doorknobs, and other regularly touched surfaces.

  • Our technicians continue to wash their hands between every customer for the recommended 20 seconds.

  • Pedicure bowls will continue to be cleaned between each use, and we've upgraded to hospital-grade disinfectant.

  • All metal instruments continue being disinfected and sanitized after each guest serviced.

  • Employees are being encouraged to stay home and take care of themselves if they do not feel well.

   
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate this new way of operating. 

 

We are excited to see everyone again and will be temporarily extending our hours (8 a.m. - 8 p.m.) to accommodate our guests.

The healthy and safety of our guests, community, and team are our number one priority. If any new guidance is released, we promise to keep you updated via this webpage, an email blast, and our social media channels.
