Reopening Again on January 26th

To our beloved guests and community,


We are excited to announce we are reopened for business starting on Tuesday, January 26th at 9 a.m.! 

Please note - we will be open this Tuesday and Wednesday (January 26th and 27th) and will resume our normal operating schedule next week (click here to view our hours).

 

As a reminder, here are the new policies and procedures we've put into place to keep everyone safe and to abide by the guidelines provided by all the governing agencies: 

 

APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED

  • Appointments are required for all services and same-day bookings are available. To request an appointment, please give us a call or fill out our online form

  • Customers have a 10-minute grace period before being considered a no-show and being charged a $20.00 no-show fee.

  • For customers seeking multiple services, they will be scheduled consecutively, not concurrently. (For instance, a mani at 1 p.m. and a pedi at 2 p.m., not at the same time). 

  • You must be symptom-free and in good health before coming to your appointment. If for any reason you do not feel well, please contact us immediately to reschedule.​

NEW POLICIES & PROCEDURES

  • Everyone, including employees, will have their temperature taken at the door via a contactless thermometer.

  • Customers must sign our waiver acknowledging a lack of symptoms and releasing liability before any service(s) may begin.

  • Masks or facial coverings are required and must be worn throughout your service(s). If you forget your mask, we can provide you with one for $1.00.

  • Customers must sanitize or wash their hands in the spa before each service.

  • We are temporarily suspending all complimentary beverages, including the coffee machine.

  • Until further notice, we are adding a $2.00 cleaning fee per customer due to the increasing amount of cleaning and sanitizing required, plus the rising cost of supplies.

  • All customers will be spaced out appropriately to comply with social distancing. This means we cannot accommodate guests of any kind, regardless of how small and adorable they might be.
