Reopened (again) safely on August 31st
To our valued guests and community,
Thank you for all your patience and understanding since our reopening on Monday, August 31st. We have truly enjoyed welcoming you back and getting to see so many of your beautiful faces!
After seeing how our new processes worked the first week, we decided to make a few updates:
When it's time for your appointment, please check-in at the front desk to sanitize your hands, have your temperature taken, and sign our waiver. You no longer need to wait in your car until we call.
Until further notice, we will be closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. All appointments currently booked on one of these days will be honored, or you may reschedule by contacting us directly.
As a reminder, here are the new policies and procedures we've put in place so that we can welcome everyone into the spa safely and while following the guidelines provided by all the governing agencies:
APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED
Appointments are required for all services and can be requested on the Appointment Page of our website.
Customers have a 10-minute grace period before being considered a no-show and being charged a $20.00 no-show fee.
For customers seeking multiple services, they will be scheduled consecutively, not concurrently. (For instance, a mani at 1 p.m. and a pedi at 2 p.m., not at the same time).
You must be symptom-free and in good health before coming to your appointment. If for any reason you do not feel well, please contact us immediately to reschedule.
NEW POLICIES & PROCEDURES
Everyone, employees included, will have their temperature taken at the door via a contactless thermometer.
Customers must sign our waiver acknowledging a lack of symptoms and releasing liability before any service(s) may begin.
Masks or facial coverings are required and must be worn throughout your service(s). If you forget your mask, we can provide you with one for $1.00.
Customers must sanitize or wash their hands in the spa before each service.
We are temporarily suspending all complimentary beverages, including the coffee machine.
Until further notice, we are adding a $2.00 cleaning fee per customer due to the increasing amount of cleaning and sanitizing required, plus the rising cost of supplies.
All customers will be spaced out appropriately to comply with social distancing. This means we cannot accommodate guests of any kind, regardless of how small and adorable they might be.
Thank you again for all your love, patience, and help as we navigate this new way of operating. The healthy and safety of our guests, community, and team are our number one priority.
